Earlier in this month, Lenovo launched K9 with aggressive price and specs. This weak they launched a new entry level smartphone with accepted specifications. Lenovo launched new smartphone in A-series called Lenovo A5. The device is available in markets with two variants 2GB/16GB and 3GB/32GB of RAM and Storage variants and its on sale offline and on Flipkart also. The 2GB/16GB variant costs 5,990, the 3GB/32GB variant costs around 6,990.

Talking about specifications, this device gets 5.45-inch IPS display with HD+ resolutions. At the back its having polycarbonate body with matte color. The Lenovo A5 is powered with MediaTek MT6739 quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz. The Device is available in two colors, Black and Gold color. As in earlier para said that, its comes with 2GB/3GB RAM and 16GB/32GB internal storage and you can expand the storage using MicroSD Card slot. It comes with dedicated MicroSD card slot.

In the camera department, the device have 13MP single camera on the rear, obviously we cant expect dual rear camera at this price range. And an 8MP camera on the front. But on this price range Lenovo A5 sports rear facing fingerprint sensor and also supports Face Unlock. The device is having power with a 4,000mAh battery. “well done Lenovo to gave such a high capacity battery in entry level smartphone”
